A native of Nepal, Bina completed a three-year course in massage therapy at Synergy Dynamics. She started her own practice in Kathmandu, relocating to the San Francisco Bay Area in 1991.

After completing a course at Palo Alto's prestigious Body Therapy Center (now Massage Therapy Center), Bina became one of their top rated practitioners.

She has maintained her own private practice since 1999.

Her training includes Swedish, Esalen, Deep Tissue, Acupressure, Reflexology, and Cranio Sacral Techniques. In addition, she has experience with infants, pregnant women, cancer patients and the elderly.

Bina has a wide clientele base ranging from athletes to IT professionals.
